Capcom Confirms It Plans To Continue Devil May Cry, Dead Rising, And Ace Attorney

Capcom's latest financial earnings report has highlighted Devil May Cry, Dead Rising, Ace Attorney, and more as franchises that the studio wants to grow with sequels, remakes, and ports.

Ever since Resident Evil 7 surprised us all nearly a decade ago, Capcom has been on an absolute scorcher of a comeback run, bringing us banger after banger. Resident Evil has frankly never been in a better place with all the remakes and new games, but Capcom has also been doing plenty of original projects (like Pragmata) and developing series that haven't had new entries in a while.

As much as I'd like to waffle on about Dead Rising and say that it's the one series we're all wondering what Capcom is going to do anything with, it's really Devil May Cry and Ace Attorney (as well as Dino Crisis, let's be real) that everyone is hoping to see get new games in the future. According to Capcom's latest financial results, that might actually come to pass.
