A newly updated Star Wars reference book confirms that Luke Skywalker is aware of Star Wars Jedi's Cal Kestis, and even knows that he survived Order 66.
Over the past decade or so, Order 66 has become a bit of a running joke in the Star Wars community. That sounds horrible for a tragedy that nearly wiped out all of the Jedi but, as we keep learning from new games, shows, and books, there are far more Order 66 survivors than the prequel trilogy made it seem.
There are the obvious ones like Obi-Wan Kenobi, Yoda, and Ashoka Tano, but then there's also Grogu, Kanan Jarrus, Quinlan Vos, and, my personal favourite, Cal Kestis. Cal is a pretty notable example of an Order 66 survivor, as his two games have had him run into countless characters from the movies and make his survival known, which apparently extends to one hero we've never seen him meet.
