As awesome as Ghost of Tsushima and Ghost of Yotei have been, it's no secret that PlayStation fans have been clamoring for Sucker Punch to return to either Sly Cooper or inFamous. Thankfully, the Sly Cooper trilogy is available on modern hardware, but the same can't be said for inFamous, whose first two games are still stranded on the PlayStation 3.
Well, it appears that the longstanding wish might be granted in some form, as according to one analyst, something inFamous related is happening somewhere at PlayStation.
In a new episode of VideoGamesChronicle's podcast, Jordan Middler, reported rumblings that inFamous is happening.
"There is a groundswell of people that want inFamous," Middler said. "I'm under the impression that there is an inFamous thing happening somewhere else in PlayStation at the minute, not tied to them (Sucker Punch)."
What that "thing" could be is anyone's guess. As mentioned up top, neither the first inFamous nor its sequel inFamous 2 and DLC "Festival of Blood" are available on modern hardware. The last inFamous title was Second Son, a launch game for the PlayStation 4 that received one piece of DLC, "First Light."
