Bungie announced today that the next Destiny 2 update will be the final update for the game as the team moves working onto Marathon and other, unspecified projects.
Destiny 2: Monument of Triumph for 2026 will be released on June 9th, and will be available to all players and celebrate the history of the entire game. This is only one part of the update however, as while the Monument of Triumph's set of goodies are welcome especially when this expanded, there's more to see before the game enters maintenance mode.
