EA Just Got Rid Of The Last Way To Legitimately Buy The Sims Medieval

The Sims Medieval - the Sims spinoff that seems to be universally adored and remembered fondly - can no longer be purchased legitimately. That means there is no way to give EA money to play the game, no matter how much you'd like to.

As reported by Sims Community, The Sims Medieval has been delisted from the EA App storefront. This was the last way to buy the game through official channels, after it was already removed from Steam years ago. Bizarrely, EA didn't even announce the move, so it's unclear if there are any plans for it to return to official storefronts.

There's still a page for The Sims Medieval on the EA App, but as you can see, it says it's "not available" if you want to purchase it. This removes the last legitimate way to buy the game new after it was removed from Steam.

That means that if you still want to buy it, your options are to either track down a physical copy or buy a key from a digital games reseller. But even a digital copy of The Sims Medieval will set you back now, as I'm seeing prices of at least €45 -...
