Tomb Raider? We barely know her. It's an incredibly exciting time for fans of the iconic series, as Tomb Raider: Legacy of Atlantis looms in the distance. Given 2026 is the 30th anniversary of the franchise, this year has so far simultaneously been a new chapter and a love letter to the past. And that nostalgic glow continues this month with a new — and very limited time — freebie for fans.
From now until May 28 at 4pm, you can download and keep the entire original Tomb Raider trilogy for free. That's three absolute stone-cold classics, all remastered, and for the low price of nothing at all. All you need to do is create an Epic Games account if you don't already have one. That's it. Simplicity itself.
Given Tomb Raider: Legacy of Atlantis is set to be a remake of the very first game in the series, it's probably worth checking out these early adventures. Heck, they're worth playing just to see what the original game's vision of Atlantis was. Spoiler: it's not fun, and I'm incredibly interested to see how Crystal Dymanics handles Atlantis in the remake.
