When Rocket Anastasia fell out of being a supervillain, she fell out hard. Her days of being a super-capable henchman to Maximillian Tychoon are well behind her now, and she's fully devoted her life to overseeing Motorland's orphanage. Which, to be fair, has to be incredibly well funded seeing as it sits on top of prime real-estate on a mountaintop that rises above Motorland's skyscrapers. Still, Anastasia could wield her indestructible and almost unstoppable rocket fist for worse causes, such as helping Tychoon become the new mayor after the previous one unexpectedly keels over. As it turns out, this is exactly what Tychoon wants, and if Anastasia won't re-hench for him he'll just kidnap every orphan she's taken under her wing.
