Nintendo has just announced that Donkey Kong 64 will be heading to the Nintendo Switch Online Classics library on June 4. Like every other Nintendo 64 game available on Nintendo Switch Online, Donkey Kong 64 will only be accessible to those subscribed to the pricier NSO Expansion Pack.
Developed by Rare, Donkey Kong 64 originally released in 1999 for the Nintendo 64. Much like Banjo Kazooie before it, Donkey Kong 64 was a very early attempt from Rare to create the ultimate 3D mascot platformer, with players assuming the roles of various Kong family members as they face off against King K. Rool in a variety of platforming-based challenges.
