8BitDo has just officially announced the Ultimate 3 and Ultimate 3E controllers for Xbox, PC, and mobile devices. These officially-licensed Xbox controllers are highly customizable and offer pro-level accuracy, and they're a little cheaper than Xbox's own Elite controllers.
8BitDo's new Xbox Ultimate 3 controller costs $99.99 and offers a plethora of features you'd expect from a pro-level controller, such as back buttons, adjustable Force Rings for the TMR joysticks, hall-effect impulse triggers, and even extra bumpers. This controller is due out October 31, 2026, and pre-orders are open now via Amazon. On the same day, 8BitDo is also releasing the Xbox Ultimate 3E controller, a higher-end model that costs $149.99. Along with all the bells and whistles present in the Ultimate 3, the Ultimate 3E controller comes with a set of customizable magnetic face buttons and options for multiple user profiles.
