No Man's Sky's Worlds Part One update pulls a lot from Hello Games' upcoming Light No Fire. In the announcement for the update, Sean Murray said of the game, "We’ve learnt new things, and we’re feeding that back into No Man’s Sky."
No Man's Sky has provided even more evidence a PS5 Pro is on the way.
So, while players may have been expecting to see some tech from the forthcoming survival title in No Man's Sky, they perhaps weren't expecting to see a direct reference to it.
As shared on Reddit, when one player was approaching a planet on their ship, they spotted a Light No Fire reference on their HUD.
Upon proceeding towards Ritehfle Delta, user horticulturalSociety noticed that the planet was discovered by none other than LightNoFire themselves. It's a small but neat touch from the developers.
However, while seemingly innocuous, the discovery had the tinfoil hats out in full force. Many Reddit users speculated that Ritehfle Delta could, in fact, be the "earth-sized" planet on which Light No Fire is eventually set.
It seems unlikely, as the No Man's Sky planet is classified as "Scorched", and the planet seen in the Light No Fire...
