Fields of Mistria is officially leaving early access and launching its full 1.0 version on August 5, 2026, developer NPC Studio announced during Wholesome Direct. The cozy farming and life sim RPG will arrive with a major content expansion that includes marriage, children, a finished main storyline, and a handful of new systems and activities designed to round out life in the magical town of Mistria.
The headline addition is the long-awaited relationship expansion, which finally lets you get married and raise children. That sits alongside the conclusion of the Town Repair storyline, which wraps up the game's central narrative about helping rebuild a town recovering from an earthquake while getting to know its residents. NPC Studio is also adding new Saturday Market NPCs, along with additional quests that continue to expand the town's cast and stories.
There's also plenty of smaller but very Fields of Mistria-style additions tucked into the update. You will be able to customize your home with a new exterior option, and yes, there's even a giant chicken mount joining the lineup for faster (and sillier) travel around the world.
If you haven't been following it since early access, Fields of Mistria first launched...
