During today's Xbox Games Showcase, it was confirmed that Gears of War: E-Day won't be coming to PlayStation as it's a Xbox console exclusive.
Before going into the Xbox Games Showcase, there were only two games that we knew for sure would be showing up. The first was Fable, which was confirmed to make an appearance after being delayed to avoid GTA. The second was Gears of War: E-Day, a game that Xbox clearly had a lot to say about, considering it was getting its own dedicated direct after the main show.
It was already interesting to see the upcoming Gears get such a spotlight from Xbox, but things really started heating up when reliable insider Jeff Grubb reported that the game wouldn't be coming to PS5, despite previously being confirmed to.
