Final Fantasy 14's Dancing Mad Ultimate Has Been Cleared

Final Fantasy 14 currently has clown fever, and it's not because the circus is in town. With the release of Patch 7.51, we now have a new Ultimate in the form of Kefka, the main villain from Final Fantasy 6 and one of the fights from the Stormblood raid series. It's referred to as DMU (or UMAD if you're a gremlin), and just like every other Ultimate, raiders have been racing to clear it as quickly as possible.

If you're unfamiliar, the race to World First is pretty grueling for dedicated World First raiders, taking place over the course of several days as players learn the fight's mechanics freshly, and try to figure out what the fight wants from them. More often than not, they're puzzles rather than big DPS checks, and Kefka has been no exception, bamboozling the entire fanbase in Phase 2.

However, after a brutally long five days, Kefka has been felled by a team called Name TBD, making it the first team to have officially beaten the fight and nabbing the coveted title of world first.Now, hopefully,
