Hot on the heels of the Xbox Games Showcase, the annual PC Gaming Show started, promising to show us some of the most interesting titles coming to PC Gaming in the future as presented, as always by Day[9].
The show opened up with a sitcom like opening sequence, and set in a living room you might see in a 90s sitcom, with Sean and Mica bantering a bit before going to 'host the PC Gaming Show'. Mica explains that they were channeling nostalgia, and two hours of trailers.
The first world premiere was a look at a new world and people building things in it with what appears to be a Star Trek setting as it is revealed to be Star Trek: Outposts Unknown, a city builder type game set in the Trek universe with a demo available now on Steam.
Next is more 90s nostalgia with a game that looks like you're hacking 90s internet, and fighting the man with a user interface that seems right out of Windows 95 or 98... and with the name Hack 95 it would seem that it's meant to be Windows 95. It has a demo available on Steam now....
