Between the State of Play, Summer Game Fest, and Sunday's Xbox Showcase, the last seven days have been packed to the rafters with reveals, re-reveals, and surprises. However, there were still a lot of games that many of us were expecting to see that didn't show up, some of which I'm now starting to get a little worried about.
The State of Play kicked off the festivities on Tuesday, and after we came down from the excitement of more Wolverine and 20 minutes of God of War Laufey, we realised that there was no mention of Intergalactic: The Heretic Prophet. There was an outside chance we'd get an update on Naughty Dog's next game at Summer Game Fest, but that didn't happen either. That's 18 months with no news on Intergalactic, and likely nothing coming in the immediate future.
Naughty Dog fans have got nothing on those of us waiting to be shown something more from Kingdom Hearts 4. It's been four years since Square Enix confirmed Sora will return, and there's hope at every single showcase that it might be re-revealed.
