Kingdom Hearts Switch 2 Port Has Finally Been Revealed, Coming This October

The long-awaited proper Switch 2 port of the Kingdom Hearts collection has finally been officially revealed at today's big Nintendo Direct, and it's coming this October.

Ever since the Nintendo Switch 2 was first revealed and proved that it had the power to handle big triple-A games, the floodgates opened for a ton of potential ports. Square Enix has already proven with the Final Fantasy 7 remake games that it's going to support the Switch 2, and that's left Kingdom Hearts fans desperate to see the series on the system.

Of course, we did kind of get that some time ago with the Kingdom Hearts Cloud Edition for the original Switch, but it really wasn't what anyone was asking for. It's been rumoured for a while now that a proper Switch 2 port was in the works, and that's just been confirmed during the Nintendo Direct.

I had started to lose hope for Kingdom Hearts ports showing up at the Nintendo Direct, but it surprised us all by appearing right near the end with a proper port collection for Switch 2.
