It's been a while. In fact, this is the longest we've gone without a Baldur's Gate 3 console content drop since as far back as February.
Larian picked up the pace at which it vetted, approved, and added new content for its RPG behemoth, with drops coming almost weekly through April and May, but there has been a notable silence during this Summer Game Fest period. Perhaps the company was aware people's attention would be elsewhere, or perhaps it was a particularly stressful fortnight for its next title, Divinity.
Either way, the wait is over, and Larian just dropped 11 new pieces of content, including some pretty big changes to a popular character and one of the game's races.
It's been a fun year for the mods that Larian has added to Baldur's Gate 3's console version. We've had multiple new races, a range of new classes, and a werewolf version of God's favorite princess, Shadowheart.
Today's additions are a little lighter on the classes, but one does build on everybody's favorite mod, Withers' Big Naturals, so it's a win in my books. You can check everything that was added out below:
