After Ninja Theory caught everyone off guard during the Xbox Games Showcase on June 7 by announcing that Senua, a brand-new entry to the Hellblade franchise, is officially on the way, the studio seems just as excited as the fans themselves.

That’s because, since the reveal, the developers have taken to social media to drop more information and curiosities about what we can expect from this ambitious project, and the latest updates address some of the community’s biggest concerns.

A More Expansive Journey for the Celtic Warrior

In response to fan questions on X (formerly Twitter), the developers finally revealed how long the game is expected to be. It seems that Senua is shaping up to be exactly what many of us hoped Senua’s Saga: Hellblade II would be in terms of scale, since the studio just confirmed that the upcoming title will be “quite a bit longer” than any previous Hellblade entry.
