Dispatch's Free "HR Violation" DLC Removes Most Of The Censorship On Switch

Dispatch's infamously censored Switch port has been mostly fixed thanks to a free "HR Violations" DLC pack, although AdHoc warns that some "hard requirements from Nintendo" are still present.

Dispatch was one of 2025's biggest surprises, and a true Game of the Year contender in a year that was packed with them. That is, unless you played the Nintendo Switch port, which lazily censored tons of the game with obvious black bars that often didn't hide most of what they were meant to.

Censorship is already a heated issue when it comes to video games, but it was worse with Dispatch since many accused it of being false advertising and not being fully explained. AdHoc has made some updates to the censorship over the months, but it's now basically removed everything that it can under Nintendo's watch through a free DLC pack.
