Starting from tomorrow, Grand Theft Auto 5 players on PS4 and Xbox One will be able to upgrade to the Expanded and Enhanced current-gen edition completely for free, just in time for a brand new GTA Online heist.
Even though we're all sitting around and waiting for any sign of news on GTA 6 now that we've hit its promised summer marketing campaign, Rockstar hasn't budged an inch just yet. At least, that's the case for GTA 6, as it's been more than happy to keep giving updates on GTA Online and Grand Theft Auto 5.
Earlier today, Rockstar announced that the next big GTA Online heist, The Kortz Center Heist, is coming this July, proving once and for all that it has no plans to sunset the game any time soon. That wasn't all that it announced, though, as Rockstar has made a very generous gesture to anyone playing GTA 5 on last-gen consoles.
