After the awful drought that was the past four years of Kingdom Hearts news, the past few weeks have finally started to give fans something to look forward to. A brand-new Kingdom Hearts 4 trailer was obviously the biggest bit of news, but the long-awaited announcement of a true native port of the whole Kingdom Hearts collection for Switch 2 was also incredibly exciting.
Kingdom Hearts fans have been dying for a proper way to play the series on Switch after the dreadful Cloud Editions, and that's exactly what the collection will let us do. There is one sadly unavoidable but still notable issue with bringing such a massive collection to the Switch 2, though, and that's the eyewatering file size that's recently been confirmed by Nintendo.
