Just Like Mass Effect, The Blood Of Dawnwalker Will Let You Transfer Your Character Into Future Games

There are a lot of eyes on The Blood of Dawnwalker, the upcoming action RPG developed by former CD Projekt Red devs. Many will be hoping that this fills the void left between The Witcher releases, but now, it turns out that it's also borrowing a feature from the Mass Effect and Dragon Age games.

Speaking with CGMagazine earlier this month, game director Konrad Tomaszkiewicz revealed that our choices in The Blood of Dawnwalker will carry over into future games. This suggests that we'll be able to import our choices or even full world states in the sequels, letting our version of the protagonist, Coen, be explored even further as the series goes on.

"The idea is to create games which will lead you to the eras and different countries, different cultures, different local legends and myths and different species of the creatures of the night with Coen," Tomaszkiewicz explains. He goes on to say that we can expect a "consistent story" as the games continue.

"The promise is that we will keep this character, that we will grow with Coen, that you can shape him, that you can transfer your shapes, and your choices will be taken into consideration...
