Ever since it was revealed, we've been waiting for more details on Valve's Steam Machines, how much they would cost and what they would contain as far as hardware would concern. With a situation in the tech world of inflated prices and shortages driven by (evil) AI data centers, the situation had put Valve in a bind where they had previously hinted the cost was going to be more than they liked, which was confirmed today.
The Steam Machine comes in 4 packages, but its cheapest version costs $1049 US and comes with 512 GB SSD memory. This version comes with no controller and provides just the box itself.
