Grand Theft Auto 5 is reportedly coming to Xbox Game Pass for PC. This would be the first time that it's been available on the Game Pass for PC library, and it's unclear if this means it will return to the console lineup too.
This comes from Rockstar leaker Tez2, who says that the studio is "preparing" GTA 5 for Game Pass for PC right now. There's no word on a release date, with Tez2 saying that it will be made available on the service sometime in the future.
Over the years, GTA 5 has been on and off Game Pass, but only ever for console. Right now, it isn't available on Game Pass for any subscription tiers, so we'll have to wait and see if it will finally be available to all, or if it comes to PC at all.
While this is still only a rumour at this stage, it would make a lot of sense. Grand Theft Auto 6 is finally upon us, which will almost definitely reignite interest in the series, particularly the last single-player game.
