Doom: The Dark Ages | Revelations offers a frankly staggering amount of new content. Said to be larger than Doom Eternal's DLC combined, Revelations gives players new weapons to fight with, a range of missions to conquer, and even Metroidvania-esque gameplay design thrown into the mix.

With a total of six levels to battle through, Doom: The Dark Ages | Revelations is built around a brand new weapon called the Chain Spear. Guns will remain largely the same, according to Martin, but the Chain Spear is where much of the progression and gameplay is focused.
