Grasshopper Manufacture is currently working on a brand-new action game, according to studio founder Goichi 'Suda51' Suda. The legendary developer is also interested in developing a sequel to 2007's action-adventure game Killer7.
Grasshopper uploaded a 41-minute 'Direct' to the studio's YouTube channel. While most of the video focuses on the upcoming Shadows of the Damned: Hella Remastered which releases at the end of October, fans were provided with some morsels of information about Grasshopper's other projects at the video's conclusion.
Suda alluded to a new game currently being developed by Grasshopper. "We're making a game at Grasshopper right now. To provide a bit of info…" Suda begins, before trailing off to ask a producer if he's allowed to talk about it. "We're making an action game, it's even got a story. We're making it now so give us a little more time and we just might be able to announce something this year. I hope you all look forward to it," he says, with a bow.
