Love and Deepspace just got a new update - one that was supposed to introduce a new love interest, Valko. But as we've previously reported, Valko was cancelled following community backlash against his design, which then prompted even fiercer community backlash to try and get him restored.
Whatever the reason for him being scrapped, it's now fairly clear that his removal was a fairly last-minute decision. At least, that's judging from the new update, which has turned Love and Deepspace into a buggy mess, with many fans pinning that on the fact that Valko had to be deleted from the game files.
Fans are taking to social media to share all the different bugs they're coming across. Most of them are visual bugs, with character models freaking out and getting completely warped.
We're also seeing bugs when the player character model interacts with any of the love interests... sometimes causing the models to fuse together.
In other instances, the game's performance has taken a noticeable hit.
We can expect these issues to be patched out, but it speaks to a wider problem - that problem being that the devs seemingly made a huge decision about the game's future without...
