It's no secret that the lengthy journey towards the release of Grand Theft Auto VI has been one filled with ups and downs for fans, who are just desperate to play Rockstar's latest creation at this point. Thus far, we've been through two known delays to the game's arrival date, though there have likely been at least three if you include internal plans.
That led us to the currently scheduled release date of November 19, which we've been tentatively approaching relatively smoothly, with the opening of pre-orders for the game. Now, we've had another update on what's going on at Rockstar's parent company Take-Two Interactive, and it should come as good news to the millions of fans waiting in the wings.
As first reported by Game Rant, Take-Two CEO Strauss Zelnick recently shared a letter to the company's shareholders, as part of a wider proxy statement document that comes as part of SEC filings. Within it, he shared a small insight into their release plans for the game, and it seems as though they're sticking to their guns for the time being.
