Out of every Halo game released over the years, few entries in the series have managed to reach the same cult status as its prequel spin-off, Halo: Reach. Even with the release of the latest Halo: Campaign Evolved, one of the only things on fans' minds is what this could mean for the possibility of a similar Halo: Reach remake with the same level of quality and additional content as the newest outing in the franchise.
Considering that Halo: Reach is still getting official new content for fans to enjoy over 16 years since its initial release, it's not hard to see why fans are ramping up the excitement alongside the release of Halo: Campaign Evolved, which offers a prequel story of its own for fans to enjoy as well.
Reddit user steelandiron19 sparked a conversation about the future of the series following the release of Halo: Campaign Evolved, asking fans if they believe that "if Campaign Evolved does well, they'll re-do Reach and release it on PS5 too?" Based on the responses, Halo fans are already thinking seriously about the possibilities to come.
