PlayStation Plus subscribers should know that four new games are coming to the Extra tier on July 28, following the most recent addition of PS Plus games. PlayStation is adjusting its rollout of Extra and Premium games so that, instead of one monthly dump of new games, fans can get them throughout the month. It remains to be seen if PlayStation sticks to this new PS Plus rollout, but it does give subscribers a little breathing room between additions.
On July 21, PS Plus Extra added Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora and Firefighting Simulator: Ignite, while PS Plus Premium added Psi-Ops: The Mindgate Prophecy and Fahrenheit (also known as Indigo Prophecy). Frontiers of Pandora is an open-world Ubisoft game set in the Avatar franchise, one that experiments with the formula of Ubisoft games, while Firefighting Simulator: Ignite is all in the name. Meanwhile, Psi-Ops is a cult-classic action game focused on psychic powers, and Fahrenheit is a choice-driven narrative game centered on a once-possessed murderer. After those four games were added, the next on the list is coming on July 28.
