The Fallout franchise is in an okay place right now, particularly after developer Bethesda Game Studios decided to break cover and finally give players an update on what exactly is going on. We now know that there are remakes for Fallout 3 and Fallout: New Vegas on the way, as well as getting confirmation that pre-production has finally begun on Fallout 5.
As exciting as all of that is, given how little movement there has been on the gaming front over the last few years, it doesn't really help us players in the here and now. To get our fix in the meantime, we have to look at the existing roster of games, and the best option for that is probably Fallout 76, if you're happy to work with the multiplayer elements.
As confirmed over on the official Fallout Twitter/X profile, the new Summer Sock Hop Mini Season is now live in Fallout 76 as part of the major Infestations update. As the name suggests, thise little moment in the game is all about having fun and dancing, despite the apocalyptic setting you find yourselves in.
