While gamers are still in for a bit of a wait before they get our hands on Pokémon Winds & Waves to start exploring the new tropical region, there's been a ton of leaked information lately that will keep us busy until its official launch next year. With several exciting rumored new evolutions on the way, including a possible new Onix form and potential Arcanine evo, as well as Gym types and more, there's plenty to chew on to keep us busy for now.
If that wasn't enough to get gamers hyped for the game's launch in 2027, there's also been a new development based on leaks that all but confirms the Elite Four types we can expect to see in the final release (via GR). Seeing as the Elite Four have always been the most difficult encounters in each game so far, that doesn't look likely to change with Winds & Waves, and you'll need to seriously squad up before taking them on.
