Earlier this year, developer Warhorse Studios announced it was working on a brand-new Kingdom Come game (although it is not a numbered title) and a brand-new open-world Lord of the Rings game, and now fans have learned more about the former. Of course, this isn't entirely surprising given that the new Kingdom Come game's release window target is between April 2027 and March 2028, meaning fans could be playing it by the end of next year, if that isn't too good to be true.
That's obviously exciting because the Kingdom Come series has become one of the biggest success stories in the RPG genre over the last several years, with its grounded approach to medieval combat and historical authenticity helping it carve out a dedicated fanbase. Now, a newly discovered trademark filing has already revealed the next game's official title and an interesting gameplay detail. As always with trademark discoveries, nothing is confirmed until the developer says so, but the filing is pretty straightforward.
A limited-time Steam deal could potentially give customers the highly-loved 2025 action RPG, Kingdom Come Deliverance 2, for the low, low price of $1.
