Pokemon GO Teams Up With LEGO For New Promotion

Pokemon GO and LEGO partner up for a new promotion for players, offering both in-store and in-game prizes including exclusive avatar items and the potential for a special Pikachu. It's been a busy few months for Pokemon GO players, with numerous Go Fest Events taking place, new seasonal content, and the typical limited-time events like Community Day.

There has been plenty of new pocket monsters to discover over the past couple of months as well, including the debut of the incredibly rare Professor Willow's assistant Pikachu. As part of the limited-time Willow's Birthday Research event, players had 6 days spanning from July 21 to 27 to capture it. Mewtwo also made its return to the mobile game, including taking over New York CIty's Times Square for a special event and adding its special Mega Mewtwo X and Y forms to raids as well. The latest crossover event is taking players to real life locations as well, with stops at the LEGO Store.
