The Witcher 3 developer CD Projekt Red's showfloor presence at Gamescom seemingly teases the new in-game location associated with its upcoming Songs of the Past DLC. Officially billed as an expansion and not a simple DLC, The Witcher 3: Songs of the Past releases in 2027 for PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X/S.
While the new Witcher 3 location is yet to be confirmed (and has simply been teased via a Gamescom banner), it's worth noting that CDPR has confirmed one returning feature for the DLC: Witcher 3's Songs of the Past DLC will introduce more Gwent. Given how much fans love Gwent, it's not surprising in the slightest, but it's nice to have confirmation all the same.
