According to a new announcement at today's Gamescom event, The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt is returning with a completely new remastered edition that will be available entirely for free on September 29, 2026. The remaster will include both previous DLC expansions, new camera updates, targeting systems, new finishers, revamped abilities, new skill trees and more, and it will officially be available entirely for free for anyone who already owns The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt.
