Fallout 4 is endlessly getting new content that fans can download for free or, occasionally, for a very small fee. It's great to see a game that's over a decade old continue to get supported by both Bethesda and fans alike, especially as its expansive world still has plenty left to offer both returning fans and those entirely new to it. Of course, there is now an abundance of new players thanks to the player-count-boosting TV series, which makes these kinds of updates and expansions feel more necessary than ever before.
Additionally, long-term fans need something to do as they while away the hours speculating wildly about everything new coming to Fallout 5, a game that has eluded the community for quite some time and now finally is becoming a reality. Fortunately, adding to Fallout 4's aforementioned phenomenal support and giving these fans the distraction from the upcoming Fallout game they deserve is a brand-new expansion titled Call of the Republic.
