The Final Fantasy series is so lengthy and epic that its little surprise that there are so many opinions about which one of them is the very best. That said, there are several entries that seem to draw universal praise from all who play them, and arguably at the very top of that list sits Final Fantasy VI.
The game was spectacularly ambitious at the time of its release, and an enormous cast of playable characters, brilliant story, and iconic villain all combined to make one of the undeniable high points in the series to date. So, the game returning in any guise is bound to bring plenty of attention, and the latest effort is a physical release that would look at home in any burgeoning collection.
As first reported by GoNintendo, Square Enix has revealed a series of 6 Final Fantasy “Mini Melody TV” toys, which essentially serve as mini CRTs that play the classic songs from the games when you turn them on. They are an exceptionally adorable physical offering, and they cover the first six games in the series.
