The separation of realism and graphical prowess may finally be getting a significant leak. NVIDIA has released DLSS 5 into the wild, and has officially confirmed its first participant. NBA 2K27 launches later this week, and for those who purchase the PC version and have access to an NVIDIA RTX 50 Series card, will be granted access to the latest AI technology DLSS 5 on September 3rd. More games launched this week with DLSS integration, just not version 5. This is the version that has received scrutiny for the changes to facial realism. NBA 2K27 will utilize DLSS 5 3D-Guided Neural Rendering to usher out the realism on launch day.
