Before today’s State of Play showcase, the only game that we knew for certain was going to be there was Final Fantasy 7 Revelation. We were promised an “extended look” at the game, which certainly came to pass with the long-awaited confirmation of its April 8 release date and a bunch of gameplay footage.
With a release date finally confirmed, Square Enix also opened up pre-orders for Final Fantasy 7 Revelation, confirming once and for all that it’s getting the collector’s edition that we all hoped for, as well as various other editions. Pre-orders for Final Fantasy 7 Revelation are currently live on the Square Enix store, which seems to be the only place as of the time of writing. The most basic version of the game is the Day One Edition for $69.99, which includes the base game (duh) and a Magic: The Gathering: Final Fantasy Final Showdown promo card based on Advent Children....
