With remasters and remakes becoming the norm in recent years, many of our favorite classic titles have been receiving much-needed makeovers for modern-day platforms, and that includes some of the most iconic JRPGs. Now another is set to receive a stunning remake after first being released way back in 2006.
The Legend of Heroes: Trails in the Sky, also known as Trails in the Sky FC, was an RPG that marked the first installment in the Trails franchise by Nihom Falcom. However, the remake has gone to none other than The Legend of Heroes: Trails in the Sky SC, the second installment which was first released in 2006 as a direct sequel.
Now titled Trails in the Sky 2nd Chapter and available as a free demo courtesy of PlayStation, the remake is set to launch in just a few days and follows Estelle Bright as she sets out on a new journey across Liberl to uncover the truth behind Joshua’s disappearance and defeat the sinister Ouroboros organization.
