The Future Of Dragon Ball Officially Unveiled As New Era Begins

Dragon Ball has withstood the test of time, and then some. It wasn't just one of the most celebrated shonen anime of all time when it was running, it also helped set the blueprint for the entire genre going forward.

By the '90s, it became an international success, and the ongoing book was written from there with countless movies, TV shows, and gaming projects all combining to give Dragon Ball fans constant entertainment. Even though new iterations of shows might be few and far between, there's always something else to latch onto.

Thanks to an official announcement from a Dragon Ball X account, we know what's coming next for the series.

While Dragon Ball XenoVerse 3 is still a way out and due in 2027, Bandai Namco has been bringing the game to tradeshows in full force, and showing off just what they have planned for the third game in this long-running trilogy.
