February 2027 is Already a Super Busy Month for Gamers

Gamers might have to make some tough decisions when it comes to purchasing new games in 2027, as the year will kick off with at least five anticipated AAA titles, including God of War: Laufey and Fable, releasing in February. During the same period in 2026, there were only a couple of notable releases, including Resident Evil Requiem and the 2D God of War spin-off Sons of Sparta.

Gamers already have a pretty busy schedule in the final quarter of 2026. Apparently, GTA 6's November release has pushed many competitors to choose September and October for their launches, making these two months stacked with sought-after titles. However, there seems to be no rest for game enthusiasts, as February is also packed with games that will have gamers reaching for their wallets.

Stay patient, as these anticipated games won't be available this year as initially expected, but they're set to release in 2027.

There is one AAA game coming out every week throughout February 2027. The first week starts with Metro 2039's anticipated release on February 4. After that, the Tomb Raider remake launches on February 12, only for God of War: Laufey to follow on February...
