This time around, it's all centred around Steam, which has been discovered to have viewable achievement lists for tons of unreleased games.
As of the time of writing, it's not clear how the achievement lists have been accessed, but more and more achievement lists for unreleased games have been popping up on sites like Exophase and SteamDB. What appears to be some kind of backend breach has resulted in huge spoilers for several upcoming releases, as well as entire unannounced games being leaked.
