Pokémon has rarely given us more popular 'Mon than Eevee and its Eeveelutions, and Umbreon might just be the most beloved of the bunch. Both Gary and Gladion have had Umbreon in the anime, and some of the coolest-looking cards in the official TCG have given us some really awesome artwork of the Gen 2 fan-favorite Pokémon as well. Considering Umbreon is a Dark-type that evolves at night, it also makes a perfect Pokémon for the Halloween season.
Perhaps this is why Umbreon has been featured on multiple pieces of Halloween merchandise over on Pokémon Center. It's one of the few Pokémon that is both widely adored and has a backstory that would fit in well with the spooky season.
