Assassin's Creed Legend Kassandra Officially Returns December 2026

One of Assassin's Creed's best protagonists is Kassandra. Serving as one of Assassin's Creed: Odyssey's co-protagonists, she made a rather significant impression on fans, her fierce nature, witty sense of humor, and level-headed approach to every encounter evidently resonating with those who opted to play as her. Many regard her as being the far more compelling option when compared to her male counterpart, Alexios, which is, in part, owing to her being the official canonical protagonist of the game.

However, despite being perhaps the best protagonist in Assassin's Creed's history, Kassandra has only appeared in one mainline game (excluding her role in the VR spin-off title). While she's likely to make appearances in future titles (and has been referenced in other AC games since her debut), it is a shame that, thus far, she's been so criminally underutilized. Fortunately, fans of Kassandra can look forward to her appearing in a brand-new Assassin's Creed project at the end of 2026, one that, while perhaps not quite as exciting as a full-blown game, is sure to appeal to her dogmatic devotees.
