Grand Theft Auto 6 could soon appear in advertisements throughout one Florida city, as Rockstar Games was given approval to negotiate with the CIty of Miami Beach ahead of the game's November launch. Grand Theft Auto 6 is the most anticipated game of 2026, with Rockstar Games sparing no expense in marketing the upcoming title.
The news came amid a busy time for Rockstar Games. On August 27, Rockstar and publisher Take-Two Interactive unveiled GTA 6: An Extended Look, a timed-exclusive Netflix showcase that gave players a look at the content players can expect. GTA 6's Extended Look confirmed that activities such as backyard wrestling and jet ski riding will be available for players to participate in. GTA 6's detailed interior spaces were also given a glance during the 26-minute presentation. The Extended Look debuted on YouTube after six hours of exclusivity on Netflix.
The official GTA 6 limited-edition PS5 controllers are already selling out at some retailers as preorder stock continues to fluctuate rapidly.
