With Final Fantasy 7: Revelation set to be the trilogy's heftiest installment (if the download size is anything to go by), director Naoki Hamaguchi has been graciously revealing more and more details about what players can expect during their final leg of the journey to stop Sephiroth and the massive meteor he's now summoned.
While new combat details surrounding Cid and Vincent were certainly expected, and base jumping from the airship was an exciting surprise, one thing that probably wasn't on many players' bingo cards was a hot spring visit. It turns out that this hot dip detour gives some in-game incentives.
Cloud's Gang to Get Towel Outfits and HP Buffs
While it's since become known that buffed alternate costumes will be a new feature in Final Fantasy 7 Revelation, just how vast that wardrobe will be has been left to speculation. However, for now, we know that it's only getting bigger, and a set of hot spring-inspired outfits has now been leaked by the team across social media.
As of today, we now have two short clips of Cloud and the party hanging out at a hot spring in an undisclosed location for a bit of respite....
