The world of Westeros has never been short on memorable Targaryens, but some have always stood out more than others, with one taking center stage in Game of Thrones: The Brightflame. The family has produced legendary kings, conquerors, dragons, and more than a few deeply unstable members over the centuries. One of the more infamous examples is Aerion Targaryen, whose reputation has now become even more relevant thanks to the recent expansion of the Game of Thrones universe.
Aerion's story is also receiving more attention through A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms, which takes place decades before the events of Game of Thrones and follows the adventures of Ser Duncan the Tall and his young squire, Egg. The series has brought several lesser-seen characters from Game of Thrones into the spotlight, including Aerion, played by Finn Bennett. His appearance gives the character another connection to a much wider audience beyond readers familiar with the Targaryen family tree.
Popular actor Kit Harington, who played Jon Snow in the HBO TV adaptation of Game of Thrones, talks about GTA 6 and his gaming experiences.
Game of Thrones: Legends is officially bringing Aerion Targaryen back with a new summon called The Brightflame....
