Every day begins the same, except every day is actually the same day. A long drop into a half-temple, half-sewer, standing up with no memory how how this all started, and one single minute on the clock to figure it all out before the time loop starts over. It's not a lot to work with but still beats having no time all, and every trip into the loop gives new memories to help get a little father the next time around. The world resets but memory doesn't, and the Weaver is far more skilled than he realizes when the first loop begins.

Echo Weaver released today on PC and consoles, and it's a 2D metroidvania that's not so much about gaining abilities and upgrades as learning what you can do, because a time loop doesn't allow for bringing anything back to its beginning.
